High school students summit on “World Tsunami Awareness Day” 2022 in Niigata was  held on Oct.19 and 20.

Around 250 high school students from 26 countries gathered together to discuss and learn what we can do to protect our lives from natural hazards.

What they discussed was sumarized into “Niigata Phoenix Declaration.”
