| 調査結果 | ・ 55% of the participants (130 in total) believed that the most imminent issue on reducing disaster risks is the inefficient aiding system. ・ 27% of the participants (130 in total) believed that gender discrimination is the most imminent issue on reducing disaster risks. |

| 問題点 | ・ We found that excessive subcontracting systems and the current bureaucratic policy are the obstacles to practical disaster aids. ・ We also found that the lack of health relief for women are causing more death or injuries after a disaster. |

| アクションプラン | 1. We could Establish a local committee made of 3 government figures, 4 recipients of government aid representing each male, female, elderly, adolescents and 3 rescue workers 2. We could sign a petition to add necessary health products for women in the disaster aid kit, for instance sanitary pads. |
